Austin Clark is a REALTOR® with Real Estate of Bear Lake, the brokerage led by Teri Eynon. Licensed since 2020 and now in both Utah and Idaho, Austin works out of the Garden City office and serves the whole Bear Lake Valley, from Garden City and Laketown in Utah to Fish Haven, St. Charles, Paris and Montpelier in Idaho. He grew up in Laketown on the south end of Bear Lake, graduated from Rich High School, and came home after Utah State University. He and his wife are now raising their kids in Garden City.

With a degree in accounting and his own real estate investments, Austin looks at a cabin the way an owner does: what it costs to hold, what it can realistically rent for, and what it will net when you sell. He focuses on second homes and cabins, including ones owners plan to rent short-term. For buyers and sellers who live outside the valley, he does the local legwork: checking on properties, explaining how the Utah and Idaho sides differ, and knowing which subdivisions allow nightly rentals.
