Dallas Clark was born and raised in Washington State, spending his youth on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan. Growing up in a community driven by agriculture for much of the year and tourism during the summer gave him an appreciation for both the quiet charm of small-town living and the energy of a thriving resort community.

In 2001, Dallas and his family relocated to the Bear Lake area, where they immediately felt they had found the perfect place to put down roots. Since then, he has become deeply invested in the community, serving for more than 20 years on the Town Planning & Zoning Commission and the Town Council.

Dallas earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and has successfully owned and operated a physical therapy practice for the past two decades. Throughout his career, he has developed exceptional listening skills, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals—qualities that have transitioned naturally into his career in real estate.

A lifelong passion for real estate, construction, remodeling, and investing has given Dallas valuable insight into the buying, selling, and ownership experience. Dallas and his wife are the proud parents of five incredible children and grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren. Faith, family, and community remain at the heart of everything he does.
